Baby Bennett!

Baby Bennett was born today November 14, 2015.

We were so excited this morning that we sent Lana,  John and Eddie pictures of us sending all of our love to them.

My last post...maybe November 2015

We've had such a wonderful year of so many incredible milestones. You started sleeping in her big girl bed, you finished your first year at Bowman Academy Preschool graduated in June. We had a wonderful trip at the cabin again and all of our friends always come down and see us. You graduated from seal swim school at level six and you're one of the best swimmers at the age of three. Now you're taking swimming lessons at Carrollwood country club and you just love your private lessons with Miss Meredith. You and let's play dates with your friends and birthday parties to attend. Your cousins call you all the time and FaceTime you. We're expecting a baby boy or girl next week with auntie Lana having her second baby and you think it's a baby girl. You're learning your letters and your numbers and your shapes and your colors. The doctor prescribed glasses this year and I felt really  bad that we didn't notice that you needed bifocals. 

You started a new school this August at Lake Magdalene and I've never been more proud of you. You went from going to school to days a week to going every day from 830 to 2/3.I went back to teaching and you and I had a really rough patch. I think you're a little mad at me because I had to go back to work I think we worked out the kinks and we have our very special moments throughout the week and on the weekends together. I sure do miss taking our 2 to 3 hour naps with each other. You and I've napped with each other since the day you were born. I miss waking up with you in the morning and having breakfast but I know this job is all for you. I hope you know that mommy and daddy would do anything for you. 😍😍😍😍😍

It's your fourth birthday next week. We're celebrating a beautiful party at the beach you and I have bought so many decorations for your party. We are having a mermaid and beach theme party. We're making blue Kool-Aid Jell-O desserts with little goldfish in there. Also making fish and chips with goldfish and potato chips mixed together. Also making star fish rice crispy treats too.  Or making a huge fruit salad with the big banana on top of it and we're going to shape it like a big octopus with little eyes. On the beach were going to have a scavenger hunt and we spray-painted and painted pink blue green sheet seashells with glitter all over them. We're also going to be painting see creatures; crabs octopus mermaids etc. on the beach as well.  We've invited all of our friends in the neighborhood and a few of your friends from your new school too. I think we're going to have a really great time. Afterwards, I'm really excited to have the whole week at the beach house just with the three of us. We're going to have Thanksgiving there and then going to take you off to Walt Disney World together. I love you to the moon and back, you're the most precious gift ever. I try to be a good mommy and daddy tries to be a great daddy every single day. I know we are not perfect and we made mistakes I just hope you're happy and know that you're so loved. You might be the only four-year-old that still sleeps with her mommy and daddy. You Twirl my hair at night to comfort  you while you fall asleep. Sometimes you hold daddy's hand. Sometimes when I wake up in the middle of the night you're right on daddy's back snuggling with him and I love to look at it.

Every Saturday we find a new restaurant in safety Harbor, by Tupelo on fourth and we have a wonderful lunch together. It is our special day together, I look forward to it all week.

Daddy's birthday!

You came to school with me one night and I traced your body on a large piece of paper and you painted it. We made a special card for daddy and said "happy birthday daddy, I'm giving you a life-size hug!!!" He loved it so much that you made him cry!

Every Saturday for the past couple months we head out to Gigi's Beachhouse and we have a great Saturday and Sunday together. This past month we had the beach house to ourselves because they were in Europe for a month. We love collecting shells together. I just love watching you play on the beach because you always are so happy.

New friends!

You love your new friend's Lily and Josie at Lake Magdalene preschool. We've gone to a couple birthday parties with them in their mommies are really nice too.? I'm so happy that you found some really nice friends to play with every day and Mrs. Davis's class.

Cupcakes!

Any guesses what you were for Halloween this year? We found the best cupcake costume at TJ Maxx and everyone loved it.

Picture day!

It was picture day at Lake Magdalene. You loved wearing this red dress and daddy did your hair perfectly.

USF Game

I bought you a USF cheerleading outfit and you wore to my USF volleyball reunion. We went with the Wells family and we had so much fun with the boys and Janelle. 

Bucs game

It was date night with daddy at the preseason Bucks game. You had so much fun with him but it was really really really hot.

Ansley's birthday party

Ansley had a wonderful party at the YMCA. You guys had so much fun playing in the pool and in the splash pad. The cupcakes were delicious as you can see here on your face!

Rays game

Daddy has made you a huge fan of the raise. You love going to the baseball games with everybody. The whole family went today even GG and pop pop!
